Michelin, one of the world’s largest manufacturer of tires and travel related services, is a group that owns brands such as, BF Goodrich, Kleber, Tigar, Riken, Kormoran and Uniroyal. Michelin also publishes the annual Michelin Star Red Guide for restaurants. Other products that Michelin manufactures and sells include tires for space shuttles, aircraft, automobiles, heavy equipment, motorcycles and bicycles.
In China, Michelin looked to open its E-Commerce store with its franchise network, TyrePlus.
Michelin selected Bluecom to manage and organize the business requirements, vendor selection and technical definition for the project. Michelin’s franchise network, TyrePlus launched its unique B2B2C E-Commerce website successfully in China.
